Sweet. I was a part of this poll ... the second time since turing 18 that a pollster has found me.
Thank goodness I don't have a life and am very reachable by phone.
My call came the afternoon of Sunday, Oct. 26th ... about 13 minutes long. For me, very fun. Much more interesting than the monthly "rock radio" surveys that some nice woman from North Carolina calls me for.
Now I need to find out if the "Do Not Call List" affects news organizations calling for polling purposes. I'm doubting it does, but I also think that most everyone who signed up for the "Do Not Call List" this summer believes that any call they get from a stranger is illegal.
Now, back to the survey ... here's a number that will confound me if Bush is elected in 2004: "while 58% — a new high — say the president fails to understand their problems"
OK, if the poll has a overall margin of error of 3 percentage points, how can a man who does not understand the majority of Americans problems be our leader. Democrats, I'm looking to you ... present your solution, FAST!
