I just unwittingly spent an hour on this site -- the whole time with a wince on my face as horrific unnecessary surgery after surgery was revealed. Ugh. Seeing before and after pics of some of these celebrities gave me the same feeling I get when I see someone get kicked in the groin. So for me: Plastic surgery = constant boot in crotch.
