A neighbor, selling their house, has a Hummer that is actually very close in height to the house. Small, tightly placed homes that are 60+ years old are not what people are looking for.
They want to pay big bucks for small, new houses that look old. There is a difference, and Lakewood will continue to suffer by not recognizing this.

OK, I just got a phone from a seller on eBay.
The phone says it belongs to "Walter Zepeda" ... who, according to google, was a 19-year-old who died in an "exorcism gone wrong" in London, Ontario. holy shit.
Is this a test of my faith? Do I keep the phone and tempt the devil?
Is this a common practical joke from theives who resell stolen cell phones? If I call the Zepeda household, do I ask if Walter is missing his phone? Did one of the 4 other Walter Zepeda's get their phone stolen? Are they still alive?
Do I get to keep his roll-over minutes?
And what the heck do I put on the seller's rating on eBay? "FAST SERVICE! I got that dead guy's phone in no time flat!"
Or is this a test of my common decency and ability to say: You know what, I don't want a dead-kid's cell phone.
